I have got t say ia am very suprprised and impressed with the way the team has started the season...I was all doom and gloom before the Cardiff game, and honestly thaught that we'd be the leagues wipping boys...BUT...i'm glad to say, i was wrong...
Although the defence have look a little shakey, they have shown potential....the midfield have been top class(I was howards biggest critic but he's shut me up!!!) and the front 2 have got a couple each...
ALthough the team could defo improve...all in all i can say that i'm proud of the lads...
What does every one else think?

im not surprised at all. Although was gutted to lose McPhail i always knew in Brian Howard we had a better all round player and an equally as good passer. I saw Togwell at Vale Park last season and i knew we'd signed a real quality player. I though thought we desperatley needed a striker and i still do. Brian Howards scored 2 wonder goals, which he wont everygame, like last season were relying to much on our wingers and Howard to get the goals and again like last season the chances are there in abundance, we just need 1 or 2 new strikers to put them away. According to Brighton fans this Kazim Richards is one that scores 30 yard wonder strikes but misses two yard tap ins, he's 19 and young, not the kinda player we need! we have enough young, learning strikers and we need an old head and a class finisher, yes i know he's nearly ready for the oap's home but for me, dean windass is the man, get him and a young striker and mid table looms for us. Other names ive heard mentioned is Carlisle duo Karl Hawley and Michael Bridges for £300,000 + Nathan Jarman on loan for season
